The people I tend to work with
I support individuals navigating the complexities of trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and major life transitions. Many of my clients identify as highly sensitive, introspective, and deeply feeling, often the ones who’ve held space for others for a long time and are now learning to hold space for themselves.
I work well with people who are on a journey of self-inquiry, whether they're unpacking attachment wounds, healing from codependency, managing chronic stress, or rediscovering their worth after difficult relationships. My clients often come to therapy in a season of change, reckoning, or awakening. I consider it a profound honor to walk alongside them.
I welcome people of all identities, lived experiences, and backgrounds. My practice is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s story.
I believe that healing happens not through quick fixes, but through brave witnessing, deep feeling, and learning to be in relationship: with ourselves, our bodies, our stories, and with others. My therapeutic approach weaves together psychodynamic, somatic, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed practices. It's relational, holistic, and soul-attuned.
As someone who has walked through my own experiences with grief, family addiction, codependency, anxiety, and transformative life changes, I bring not only clinical training but lived empathy to the work. I understand what it’s like to feel stuck in survival mode, and I also know the freedom that comes from tending gently to what’s been buried or unloved within.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, and have worked in intensive outpatient treatment, community mental health, group facilitation, and private practice. My work is both professional and deeply personal and firmly believe that life-long benefits can come from effective psychotherapy.
My approach and lived experience
A glimpse into my life
I’m a lover of the outdoors, often hiking with my dogs in the nearby mountains, swimming in the ocean, snowboarding the Sierras, or just taking a stroll. Nature is one of my greatest teachers, and I return to it often to ground and reconnect.
As an introvert, I treasure solitude and slowness. My favorite kind of morning involves a warm cup of coffee or tea, a good book, and anything cozy. I love to cook and tend to my houseplants (which you might catch a glimpse of in the background during our sessions!)
Mindfulness and meditation are central to both my personal life and professional work. They aren’t just tools I offer but practices I live by. The stillness they create, the awareness they foster, and the compassion they cultivate are the heart of my approach to healing.
Being a therapist is more than a career for me, it’s a calling. I hold this role with reverence and gratitude, and I’d be honored to support you as you cross whatever threshold you find yourself standing at now.
